My Approach

A quiet return to care...

Return to Care LLC offers Reiki sessions grounded in steadiness, presence, and respect for natural order. We are an RN-led wellness practice offering quiet, grounded energy work to support rest, settling, and balance — creating calm, supportive environments where the body and nervous system can soften and reorganize in their own time.

The way I work comes from a simple belief: people heal and change most naturally when they are not being rushed, fixed, or managed.

My background in nursing taught me to respect the body’s intelligence. My work since then has only deepened that understanding — lasting change doesn’t come from force or urgency, but from conditions that allow the system to settle and find its own rhythm again.

The work offered here centers on gentle, earth-oriented practices such as Reiki and vibroacoustic sound using the OPUS Soundbed, provided with clarity, restraint, and respect for natural timing. Sessions are held without analysis, emotional processing, or directed effort, allowing each person’s system to respond in the way that is right for them.

I don’t approach this work as someone who has answers to give.
I approach it as someone who knows how to hold space well.

At Return to Care, we recognize that the human body carries an innate capacity for regulation and coherence. Rather than directing change, we work alongside the body’s natural processes by offering steady presence and a settled field in which balance may re-emerge.

Over time, I’ve learned that many people aren’t looking for another method, framework, or explanation. They are looking for a place where they can pause without being evaluated — where they can breathe, feel what’s true for them, and begin again from steadier ground.

That is the environment I offer.

Not dramatic transformation.
Not pressure to perform healing.
Just a calm, grounded container where clarity can surface quietly and next steps can emerge without being forced.

Our intention is simple: to provide a quiet space where mind and body can reconnect, and where rest and grounding are supported without expectation or pressure.

My Credentials:

My work is informed by a foundation in nursing and years of experience in complementary care. I am a Registered Nurse and Reiki Master, and I offer sessions that integrate clinical respect for the body with gentle, earth-oriented practices such as Reiki and vibroacoustic sound. While my background provides structure and clarity, it does not lead the work — the body does. I bring training, steadiness, and discernment to each session, so that what unfolds can do so in a way that feels safe, simple, and unforced

The Hands That Hold the Work

My life was shaped by my relationship with the Earth.

Farm life grounded me deeply and taught me how it feels to be held by the intelligence of the natural world. Through this, I came to trust the Great Mystery that moves through all living systems. This work emerges from that foundational relationship.

I have spent much of my life oriented toward the earth—through direct contact, observation, and quiet attunement to natural rhythms. This relationship has shaped how I listen, how I work, and how I hold space. I trust slow processes. I trust gravity, rest, and the deeper order that exists beneath effort and control.

The Reiki sessions offered here are grounded in this orientation. They are quiet by design. They rely on presence rather than intervention, and on allowing the body and field to reorganize in their own time, within a larger sacred coherence that does not require direction.

I do not seek to guide or direct an experience. I attend to what is already here—within the body, within the field, and within the living mystery that holds the earth and all of life.

This work is offered in care, steadiness, and respect for natural order.

May it assist you in returning to your essence.

With endless gratitude,
